The Steering Commitee was an organisation made up of Larkinson Elders which made decisions pertaining to the interests of the Larkinson Family, where they will invest their money, which Larkinsons will go to what Mech Academy, deciding wether a Larkinson should be thrown out of the family or wether a retainer should be inducted into the family, ect.
