The Larkinson Mandate is a heavily decorated book made from Breyer Alloy, ground-up P-stones, the lesser Gems produced by Lucky the Gem-Cat, and a paper-like material. In the founding ceremony of the Larkinson Clan, all participating Lankinsons, Gloriana, Lucky, Clixie, and the spirits Qilanxo, Solemn Guardian and Zeigra leave their imprint on the mandate.
